Security
Report security issues and verify official Pausier routes.
Use this page to report a vulnerability, check official contact details, and avoid fake Pausier sites, support messages, emails, or Android package files.
Vulnerability reports
How to report a security issue
Email security@pausier.com with a concise description of the issue, the affected route or feature, and safe reproduction steps where possible.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, bank details, private user messages, production tokens, or exploit payloads in the first report. We can arrange a safer follow-up path if more detail is needed.
Pausier does not promise a bounty, reward, public credit, or payment unless a written program explicitly approves it in advance.
Fake support warning
Beware of impersonation
Treat any Pausier-looking site, email, social account, advert, support chat, or Android package file as suspicious if it asks for secret codes, login details, card details, bank details, remote access, crypto, or urgent payment.
Pausier support uses the canonical domain www.pausier.com and the support email support@pausier.com. For Android, use the store link from this website or the official store listing. Do not install Pausier APK files from unofficial sites.
Safe reporting boundaries
Keep reports limited and lawful
Please avoid testing against other users, bypassing rate limits, extracting private data, interrupting the service, or using social engineering. Report what you found and give Pausier time to investigate.
If someone sends an unverified vulnerability or extortion message claiming to represent Pausier, verify it through security@pausier.com or support@pausier.com before taking any action.
